Summary: This project was created while taking a Portfolio Art class. I used real plants in the classroom for inspiration. The background was made with the intention to let the viewer's eyes move around the paper.

Summary: This project was created while taking a 2D Art class. I focused on blending the oil pastels to show dimension. The colors I chose were intentional to display contrast.

Summary: This is an abstract portrait of myself. I challenged myself by only using shades of one color. I focused on shading to create highlights, texture, and contour.

Summary: This project was made while taking a 2D Art class. The abstract piece was made to replicate a wave-like design.

Summary: This project was made while taking a Studio Art class. I focused on blending the colors cohesively. I used mainly a cool toned color pallet (hint of warmer tones in the bricks).

Summary: This is a pastel portrait of my cat Rocky. I focused on the texture to create a soft look. I also wanted to display my cat's personality which is why he is yawning and has a sassy arms.
