About
Hello! My name is Kayla Griffin and I am a senior at the Wilson College of Textiles, majoring in Fashion and Textile Management. As a student with passion for creativity, I am dedicated at working to push the boundaries of design and innovation. Throughout my studies, I have gained hands-on experience in fabric technology, trend analysis, and production processes, while also developing an eye for style and functionality. My goal is to join a team where I can use my knowledge to help positively shape the future of fashion.

In addition to being a full-time student, I also work two jobs. My first job is in the Dean's Office as a Dean's Page. My role entails assisting the Dean's executive assistant in any ongoing projects within the college. Through this experience I have built an understanding of the corporate side of textiles. My second job is being a Keyholder at Free People Movement. In this position I am responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, managing inventory, and overseeing customer service. It has been a pleasure to support store leadership with driving sales and contribute to fostering a collaborative environment.

Aside from work and school, I am an avid jewelry designer, shopper, runner, and cat owner. As I am originally from a small beach town in New Jersey, I also enjoy swimming in the ocean and soaking up some sun whenever I can!
